Sunday School
I was asked to teach the High School Sunday School class next Sunday. I am really excited to be able to do this. I love to teach and I think it will be a good opportunity for me. Dianne is excited about it too. I am sure there are going to be kids that probably have a greater understanding of the Bible than I do but for the most part it will be my opportunity have a Timothy. I feel strongly that you should have a Paul, Barnabus, Timothy relationship on going. You should be mentored or you should be a mentor or both. When Vicki Parks told the kids that I would be in as the teacher they got excited about it and said I was cool!! Me? I am anti cool. I could take the most coolest thing and you add me to the mix and you no longer have cool. But that is how I feel. That might not be the case. It will be fun for me too. I think they are all cool. I pray for wisdom and courage to teach them. I want to be a teacher and if this class comes available, that will be awesome! I am really impressed with the leadership these kids at church show. I know several of them will grow up to be great people. God has a lot in store for them. I am glad that He has place us at this church and my kids can learn from their example.
