I started on the roids. I feel great!! I've been eating right and working out and I have so much energy now. I love it. I looked at my statement for the medication. I am still on the Dostinex for the tumor and of course the steroids. I had to pay 140 dollars for just 3 months. When I look at the big picture, I am glad I paid only 140.
The Dostinex 10 mg = 1 Pill. I have to take 3 a week for 3 months or a total of 36 tiny little pills. The total cost before insurance 2,199.99 or 61 dollars a pill.
The AndroGel 5 mg = 1 Packet. I have to take a packet every day for 3 months or a total of 90 packets. The total cost before insurance 1,048.99 or 11.65 a pack.
So I got all that for what would have cost a whopping 3,248.98 for a grand total of 140 dollars. I got a bargan.

can you tell if the roids are helping you at all? I am glad for Rx insurance too!
