Please allow me to have a 30 second rant...
My company has opened a job doing the same thing I am right now. We are paid on grade scales and I am a grade 5. When management opened the job they opened it at a grade 6! We had a meeting and everyone complained. So they scaled it back to a grade 5. I find this an insult! They are saying someone without experience can come in and make the same grade scale that I have worked my butt off to try to reach. They are telling me that I am at MINIMUM grade range for my job. The people in my group and I have written the book on ePayables. Yet I am at the minimum pay range on this job. Okay I agree that they should pay a beginner this pay range. I should make more money. My managment lies and they do not know how to manage people. The group as a whole is a joke.
...and that was my 30 second rant.

I am sorry..I know it SUCKS!!! I don't know how they justify anything! All I can say is I think and know that God will take care of you. I know you don't like the group you are in now and he knows that so I think your days are numbered in this group and something better is just around the corner for you...just be patient!!!
